We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. By joining this hackathon, you agree to abide by the following rules:

 

Anti-Harassment Policy

Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or political views.
  • Inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, or intimidation.
  • Deliberate stalking, following, or non-consensual photography/audio/video recording.
  • Disruptive behavior that impacts other participants' experiences.
  • Any form of discrimination or exclusionary practices.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior must comply immediately.

Reporting & Consequences

If you experience or witness harassment, please report it to hackathon staff immediately. Staff will:

  • Help contact security or law enforcement if needed.
  • Provide escorts or other assistance to ensure your safety.
  • Take appropriate action, which may include warnings, expulsion, or legal reporting.

All participants must follow these rules at all hackathon-related venues, workshops, and social events.
